Sequoias
Sequoia Coaching and Consulting believes in guiding leaders and their teams to make a lasting impact by leading with health, clarity, and faithfulness. Our name comes from the poem “Manifesto: The Mad Farmer Liberation Front” by Wendell Berry, where in the poem he says,
“Ask the questions that have no answers.
Invest in the millennium.
Plant Sequoias.”
For us, planting sequoias means we invest in work that outlasts us. It means we give ourselves to making a lasting impact.
Sequoias never stop growing. They continue to grow until the day they die. Our hope is that can be said of everyone. Sequoias believes in bridging the gap between where you are now and where you want to be in the future. We seek to invest in leaders to promote healthy teams and organizations that make the world better.
