  • Everyone wants a silver bullet when it comes to moving forward and thriving. Unfortunately, there are no silver bullets. We can say with confidence that our process has helped countless organizations find a clear path forward and give their people a greater sense of purpose and direction.

  • The process is a series of collaborative meetings with 8 - 12 people in attendance. This “Vision Team” should include key leaders and staff as well as any key stakeholders.

  • The greatest value of the process is in the conversations and decisions that make up the process itself. The tangible deliverables at the end of the process include the creation of organizational language for mission, values, strategy, outcomes and a comprehensive strategic plan.

  • No two organizations are alike and each process is going to be unique. The typical vision framing process is between 8-12 months of work and includes all materials, travel expenses, as well as leadership coaching. Typically, the process is between $1,500 and $3,000 a month.
