With 25+ years of experience in organizational leadership and coaching with businesses and nonprofits, Terry helps maximize leaders by helping them find a way forward in this disruptive market landscape.

Terry’s expertise lies in developing leaders based upon clarified vision. He brings a breadth of leadership and knowledge from his proficiency of coaching executive leaders and multiple leadership teams in the vision arena, especially around organizational clarity, department alignment, and team synergy. Terry has demonstrated achievement as a strategic thinker with a unique ability to bring a group of people to a deep sense of personal ownership and passion.

In addition to receiving coaching certifications from Corporate Coach University, Five Capitals, and Forge America, Terry holds certifications in several leadership assessments for helping leaders grow in emotional intelligence (EQ), cultural intelligence (CQ), leading self, leading organizations, organizational revitalization, and entrepreneurial endeavors. 

Terry lives in Salem, Virginia, with his wife Amy and daughter Bethany. Together they seek justice and reconciliation in their neighborhood and local schools by opening their home to others and working with at-risk students.
