Sequoias Annual Leader Retreat 2026

  • This retreat is an intentional space for ministry leaders to step back, breathe deep, and realign around the heart of Jesus’ mission. Together, we’ll explore what it means to move beyond programs and events toward cultivating disciple-making movements that multiply. Through shared rhythms of prayer, conversation, and coaching, we’ll rediscover clarity, health, and courage for the mission ahead.

    We will be taking leaders and their teams though a process that moves churches from just running programs to Jesus-centered movements that make disciples.
