Dave has a passion for helping leaders and leadership teams discern the direction, clarify the purpose, and how to move forward with unity and confidence.

He holds a Master’s degree in Pastoral Leadership with a focus on church planting and church growth, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Outdoor Recreational Leadership from Radford University.

Dave’s 25+ year background in ministry spans a wide range of contexts, including youth ministry, assimilation, church planting, and lead pastoral roles. He has served in settings ranging from new church plants to congregations over a century old, and from house churches to ministries of more than 2,000 people. These diverse experiences allow him to bring both empathy and perspective to the unique challenges leaders face, regardless of context.

Dave is especially drawn to helping teams develop healthy chemistry, strong collaboration, and shared ownership of the mission. His approach is relational, prayerful, and strategic—creating space for honest conversation, wise discernment, and practical next steps.
